My journey hasn't been a straight line; it's more like a winding mountain path filled with detours and dangerous crossings. I lost myself for a while, succumbing to the darkness of addiction and watching my youth slip away. But somewhere along that treacherous path, a tiny spark of hope ignited. I clawed my way back, finding solace and strength in fitness and healthy living. Now, reborn as a personal trainer, health coach, and bodywork therapist, I dedicate my life to guiding others toward their own mountaintops. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with an incredibly diverse range of individuals, from elite professional athletes at the peak of their physical prowess to cherished senior citizens facing mobility challenges. This rich tapestry of experiences has profoundly shaped my approach, instilling in me a deep understanding of the unique needs and aspirations that each person brings. I firmly believe in making my services accessible and affordable for almost anyone, ensuring that quality care is within reach.
